What we collect

When you order or reserve books we collect your name, email address and delivery address, and your phone number if you give it. When you send something through the Contribute page we collect your name, email address, your phone number if you give it, your message and any files you attach.

Why we collect it

To send your books, to contact you about your order, and to reply to what you have sent us. We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone else.

Payments

When card payment is open, payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

Where it is kept

Order and contribution records are kept in a secure database hosted in Sydney. Files you send are held privately and are only seen by us.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as business records must be kept. Contributions are kept while they are useful to the research, unless you ask us to remove them.

Seeing, correcting or removing your information

Use the Contribute page to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed. We will confirm once it is done.
