Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. The price and postage shown on the order page are what you pay. There is no card surcharge.

Reservations

While the books are being printed, orders are taken as reservations. No payment is taken when you reserve. We will email you to ask for payment when the books are printed, and you can cancel at any time before you pay.

Card orders

When card payment is open, payment is taken when you place your order and the books are posted after that.

Delivery

We post to addresses in Australia. See Postage and returns.
